(1) Minimum rental period is 3 months (not my rule, so I can't change it);
(2) Monthly rent is $1950, which includes everything except for state and county rental tax of 13% (which only applies if the rent term is 6 months or less);
(3) The house is generally available during the months of May through December. At this time it is not available during the period January - April.
