Subleasing

Subleasing of an apartment (or of a room in an an apartment) which I manage is allowed only with my written consent.  Please let me know if you are interested in subleasing, and if so, we can discuss the possibility.  

Before I approve any sublease, I will need a rental application from the proposed sublessee.  Rental applications can be found here.  The proposed sublessee should complete the application and email it to me at frankbhaddleton@gmail.com.  A sublessee does not need to provide a co-signer since the original tenant, not the sublessee, will remain responsible for the payment of the tenant's share of the rent.  

The Sublessor (the person on the original lease) and the Sublessee will need to sign a sublease agreement (see the sample sublease agreement here), which I will sign if / when approving the arrangement.
